Grilled Pork with Ginger Recipe

Ingredients

  • Sake - 3 tbsp

  • Ground ginger - 2.5 tbsp

  • Soy sauce - 3.5 tbsp

  • Pork slice - 250 gm

  • Sugar - 1 tbsp

  • Mirin - 2 tbsp

  • Sesame oil - 1 tbsp

  • Flour - 2 tbsp

  • Oil - 1 tbsp

  • Slice  chopped onion - 1 (large)


Method

  1. First, take the bowl, marinate the chicken with 1 tbsp sake, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp soy sauce and keep aside for a few minutes.

  2. Now take another bowl and add 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tables mirin,2 tbsp sake, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp ground ginger, 1 tbsp sesame oil then stir it properly.

  3. After this, chop the onion in a slice shape and keep it aside.

  4. Now take the 2 tbsp flour and mix properly with marinating pork.

  5. Turn on the flame and heat the pan by adding 1 tbsp oil, marinate pork slice.

  6. Cook each side on medium to high flame and add onion after pork slice color change. Add sauce mix when pork is cooked through. Cook for some 7 to 10 minutes then stop the flame.

  7. Now ready to serve.


Broiled Salmon Recipe


Ingredients

  • Salmon - 2 pie (medium salmon )

  • Salt - 1 tsp

  • Ground daikon - 2 tbsp

  • Water - ½ cup


Method

  1. Take the bowel and marinate the salmon with salt and keep aside for 5 minutes.

  • Potato starch - 1 tbsp

  • Sugar - 1 tbsp

  • Mirin - 1 tbsp

  • Soy sauce - 1.5 tbsp

  • Sake - 1.5 tbsp


Method

  1. Cut the chicken in a thick slice.

  2. With the help of a fork, poke the skin and marinate with salt and pepper.

  3. Now take the plastic bag and keep the potato to starch in it then. Shake the chicken with starch to coat after placing the chicken into a plastic bag.

  4. Turn on the flame and heat the pan without oil on medium-high flame. Then place the chicken.

  5. Flip the chicken after becoming golden brown color. With the help of a lid cover it and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

  6. After this take a clean bowl and add sake, soy sauce, Mirin, sugar. Stir them properly.

Ingredients

  • Fresh ginger - 2 tsp grinded

  • Fresh garlic - 2 tsp ground

  • Boneless chicken thigh - 1 lb

  • Sake - 1 tbsp

  • Soy sauce - 2.5 tbsp

  • Mirin - 1 tbsp

  • Potato starch - 1.5 tbsp

  • Vegetable oil - half liter


Method

  1. At first grind the fresh ginger and garlic.

  2. Cut the boneless chicken into slices and marinate the chicken with grounded ginger, ground garlic, sake, soy sauce, mirin, potato starch. Then cover it marinate for 1 hour.

  3. After 1 hour coat the chicken with potato starch and keep aside.

  4. Now turn on the flame and heat the pan by adding half-liter oil. Then fry the coated chicken.

  5. Cook until golden brown.

  6. Now ready to serve.


Japanese Kabocha Beef Recipe


Ingredients

  • Kabocha -  half from its full size

  • Shishito (green chili) - 10 to 11

  • Boneless beef - 350 gm ( ¾ lb)

  • Garlic cloves - 2

  • Salt - 1 tsp

  • Black pepper - ½ tsp

  • Oil - 1 tbsp

  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp

  • Butter - 2 tbsp


Method 

  1. Take the half-cut kabocha, remove its seeds, wrap it with plastic, and cook for 4 minutes in the microwave. Then cook with flipping in 2 to 3 minutes.

  2. Now cut the stem of shishito. After cooking kabocha in the microwave, remove the plastic and its hardcover. Then cut it into a slice shape.

  3. After this cut the boneless beef into thin slice chunks.

  4. Then crush the cloves of garlic and keep aside.

  5. Now sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper.

  6. After this turn on the flame and heat the pan by adding oil. Then add garlic and fry it on low flame for some seconds.

  7. Add the meat and cook on medium heat for a minute. Then add sliced kabocha, shishito, salt and pepper, soy sauce, and butter. For about 10 minutes cook them by mixing well. Turn off the flame.

  8. Now ready to serve.
