A burger is a delicious flood which is flat round in shape cake with minced meat/vegetable, which is grilled or fried and includes cheese with fresh uncooked vegetables served typically in a bun bread. The burger is mostly famous for picnics, breakfast, and others. It also consists in the fast-food category. There are varieties of burgers such as Egg burger, Veg burger, Chicken burger, and so on. Today I will help you to make these burgers through the below Burger recipe.


  1. Chicken Burger Recipe

Ingredients

For Burger Bun

  • Dry yeast - 7 gram or 1 package

  • Very warm water - 1 cup

  • Egg - 1

  • Sugar - 20 gram

  • Butter - 3 tablespoon

  • Salt - 10 gram

  • All-purpose flour - 400 gram

For Burger Meat

  • Chicken ground meat - 500 gram ( for 5 Burger)

  • Finely Chopped garlic - 4 to 5 cloves

  • Chili powder as per taste ( as required)

  • Black pepper and salt as per taste

  • Some finely chopped Onions, Coriander 


Other Ingredients

  • Spicy sauce

  • Onion - 2 sliced in round shape

  • Tomato - 2 slices in round shape

  • Cucumber - 2 slices in round shape

  • Lettuce - 1 leaf in ( should cut)

  • Cheese - 1 slice


Method

  1. Take a bowl, add 200 ml hot water and yeast to it and mix with 50-gram flour in it, leave it for 10 min. After this add egg, butter, salt, sugar and again add 350-gram flour and start mixing it to make the dough.

  2. Add oil and mix it with the dough and cover it with the plastic wrap, let the dough rest for 1 hour.

  3. After this, make a dough ball, place all the dough in a baking tray, and sprinkle some flour on top.

  4. Gently cover it with the plastic wrap and let it rise for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the rising process is ready. After this burger bun will be ready.

  5. Now brush all the dough top with egg and milk mixture then sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the dough. Bake it in a preheated 190-degree Celcius oven for 15 minutes.

  6. Take a bowel and keep ground chicken meat on it. Add all finely chopped onion, coriander and add salt and black pepper, chili powder, then mix all. Now patty is ready.

  7. Now shape the round to a recently made patty for a burger.

  8. Brush some oil in the grill pan. Now add that round-shaped meat to the grill pan. ( you can use a normal pan in the absence of a grill pan.) Turn the meat in 3 minutes.

  9. Now cut the fresh warm bun and fill with sauce then add all the spices, meat, cheese slice, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, onion one after one above, and at last cover it with a bun.

  10. Ready to serve.



2) Veg Burger Recipe


Ingredients

  • 2 Burger bun

  • 2 Boiled potato

  • ½ cup cabbage

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tomato

  • ½ tsp Red chili powder

  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp Pav bhaji masala

  • 1 tsp Garlic

  • ½ tsp Ginger

  • ¼ Cup Coriander leaves

  • ¼ Cup Capsicum

  • 2 tablespoon Oil

  • Salt as required

  • Mozzarella cheese as required


Method

  1. Turn on the flame, keep a pan, and add oil to it. Then add cumin seed and chopped garlic and ginger, for a few seconds fry them.

  2. Add chopped capsicum, cabbage, and onion. Then fry them for 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomato ( 1 chopped) and fry with them.

  3. Add salt, pav bhaji masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, boiled and mashed potato, coriander leaves and fry. After this patient is ready.

  4. Cut the burger bun from the middle then and patty on bun slice. Above the patty of vegetables keep cheese and close with the bun.

  5. Toast the bun on both sides. And Burger is ready to eat.



3) Egg burger Recipe


Ingredients

  • 2 Burger buns

  • 2 Cheese slices

  • 3 Boiled eggs

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2 tablespoon Oil

  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder

  • ½ tsp Garam masala powder

  • ½ tsp Coriander powder

  • ½ Red chili powder 

  • 1 chopped green chili

  • 1 onion ( chopped)

  • ¼ tsp Cumin seeds

  • Coriander leaves

  • Salt as required

  • ½ Tomato sauce

  • ½  Mayonnaise



Home Method

  1. Turn on the flame, keep the pan, and keep oil on it. Fry the cumin seed by adding all chopped onion, capsicum, and green chili on a medium flame for 2  minutes.

  2. Add 1 chopped tomato and fry it for another 2 minutes with medium flame.

  3. Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and add 3 mashed boiled eggs, coriander leaves and mix it well with low flame.

  4. Add cheese slices and cook for a minute and stop the flame.

  5. Turn on the flame, keep another pan, and put the butter to melt.

  6. Cut the bun from medium and place it on the pan.

  7. Spread the egg mixture on the bun and keep the sauce, mayonnaise above one after another and close with the bun and stop the flame.

  8. Ready to serve.
