Pizza is a flat round shaped fast food which is made up of dough topped with ingredients like tomato, cheese, capsicum, meat, and many others especially baked-on ovens or pans. Pizza is famous in every age group. Pizza is of Italian origin food. It is a delicious type of food. There are two types of preparation for Pizza that is Pan Pizza and Oven Pizza. We can make varieties of Pizza under this method like veg, chicken, mutton, mushroom, and others. Today I will teach you to make Pizza Recipe.


  1. Pan Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  1. Flour - 3 cup

  2. Instant yeast - 1 tbsp

  3. Sugar - 1 tsp

  4. Salt - 1 tsp

  5. Warm water - ½ cup

  1. Boneless Chicken 300 - 400, strips salt for taste

  2. Red Chili Powder ½ tsp

  3. Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp

  4. Cumin Powder ½ tsp

  5. Whole Spice Powder 1 tsp

  6. Oil 1 tsp

  7. Lemon juice 1 tbsp

  8. Garlic, Ginger paste 1 tsp


For topping

  1. Chicken slice

  2. Cheese

  3. Onions

  4. Capsicum

  5. Olives

  6.  Tomato sauce ( add 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp basil,  them in puree)



Home Method

  1. Take a bowl and make a dough by adding flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and warm water. Leave it aside for leavening.

  2. To make chicken

  • Fry onion and garlic-ginger paste

  • Add chicken

  • Put all powder like red chili powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, spice powder in chicken and fry them with onion and garlic-ginger paste

  1. Make some soft dough balls, pin them.

  2. Turn on the flame and keep the pan, keep little oil on it, and hit the pin dough on both sides lightly.

  3. Top only on one side.  Put tomato sauce ( with the mixture of thyme, basil) on top.



  1. For topping add cheese, tomato, olives, chicken, capsicum, onion. ( uncooked vegetable in slice size should keep)

  2.  Cover the pizza with pan cover on the pan. Cook it for 7 minutes and it is ready to eat.


2) Oven Pizza Recipe


Ingredients

For dough

  1. Flour - 3 cup

  2. Instant yeast - 1 tbsp

  3. Sugar - 1 tsp

  4. Salt - 1 tsp

  5. Warm water ½  Cup

For sauce

  1. Tomato

  2. Oregano

  3. Basil

  4. Onion

  5. Garlic

  6. Chicken stock

  7. Salt and Pepper

  8. Red wine

  9. Tomato puree

For topping

  1. Grated cheese

  2. Ham

  3. Chicken slice

  4. Bacon

  5. Olives

  6. Capsicum

  7. Tomato


Method

  1. Make a dough by adding yeast, salt, sugar, flour, and warm water. Leave it aside for leavening.

  2. To make tomato sauce.

  • Fry onion and garlic

  • Add puree and fresh tomato

  • Add salt, pepper, oregano, and basil

  • Put some chicken stock and allow for simmering

  1. Make some soft dough balls, pin them, and put tomato sauce on top.

  2. For topping add cheese, tomato, olives, chicken, capsicum, ham, bacon, onion.

  3. Preheat the oven at  280 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. After that put the pizza in the baking store and put it into the oven. Reduce temperature to 250 degrees Celsius and bake for 15 - 20 minutes. 

  4. After this, it is ready to serve.


  1. Veg Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup whole wheat flour

  2. 2 cups all-purpose flour

  3. 1 cup Milk 

  4. 1 tbsp Sugar 

  5. Less than 1 tbsp little yeast

  6. Salt as a required

  7. Water as required

  8. 2 tbsp Oil

  9. 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  10. 2 tbsp Pizza sauce


For topping

  1. Bell pepper

  2. Onion

  3. Olives


Home method

  1. Keep 1 cup of milk in a bowl, add sugar, flour, salt, yeast in it and make the dough.

  2. Apply oil to the dough and let it sit for a minimum of 1 hour or until the dough doubles in size.

  3. After that make some soft dough balls, pin them, and put tomato sauce on top.

  4. Top it with shredded cheese, small cut onion, colored bell pepper, and olives.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. (you can cook in a pan also for 7 minutes in the absence of an oven)

  6. Now it is ready to serve.


B) Chicken for Pizza Recipe


Ingredients

For dough

  1. 3 cups all-purpose flour

  2. 1 tsp Sugar

  3. ½  Salt

  4. 1 tsp Instant yeast

  5. 3 tbsp Dry Milk Powder

  6. 2 tbsp Cooking Oil

  7. 1 cup lukewarm water


For chicken making

  1. 250 gm Boneless chicken

  2. 1sp Garlic paste

  3. 1 tsp Oregano

  4. 2 tsp Red chili powder

  5. ½ tsp Mustard paste

  6. 1 tsp Yogurt

  7. 1 tsp Cumin powder

  8. 1 tbsp Lemon juice

  9. 2-3 tbsp Cooking oil

  10. Salt to taste

  11.  Pizza Sauce


For topping

  1. Olives

  2. Finger cut onion

  3. Finger cut capsicum

  4. Mozzarella Cheese


Methods

  1. Make a dough by adding yeast, salt, sugar, flour, milk powder, and lukewarm water in a bowel.

  2. Cover the dough and keep it for a minimum of 1 hour.

  3. Turn on the flame and keep a pan, keep 2 tbsp oils on it and fry chicken by keeping garlic paste, oregano, red chili powder, mustard paste, cumin powder, yogurt, lemon juice, salt.

  4. After it makes some soft dough balls, pin them, and put pizza sauce on top.

  5. Topping it by adding cheese, recently made chicken, olives, onion, capsicum, and again top with cheese.

  6. Preheat the oven to 200C and bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes.

  7. Now ready to serve.
