Celery - 2 stalks
Carrot - 1
Onion - 1
Beef base - 2 tsp

Method
Take a prime rib roast, clean it, and keep aside oversight before cooking day.
Take a clean bowl and add coarse black pepper, kosher salt, garlic powder, thyme. Mix them properly.
Now take a prime rib before cooking for 1 hour, spread all over it with dijon mustard and horseradish.
After this sprinkle whole meat with a recently made mixture of black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and thyme.
Then wash the celery stalks, carrot and peel the onion, then cut them. The onion should cut into layer type like the leaf of a flower.
Now take a pan and keep all chopped vegetables. Vegetables should spread on the pan. Then keep the marinated meat above spread vegetables.
After this for 30 minutes roast them at 450 degrees celsius. From them take out the meat and for 30 minutes leave aside.
Turn on the flame and heat the pan which was recently used for baking. Then add a beef base, water. Boil them.
After boiling remove the baked vegetables from it. Add cornstarch and water. Then mix them continuously until becoming thick liquid. Turn off the flame.
Now cut the meat into slices and serve with a thick liquid.
Parmesan Brussels Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients
Butter - 3 small cube
Garlic - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Chopped brussels sprouts - 1 cup
Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
Lemon slice - 2
Method
Wash and chop the brussels sprouts and keep them aside.
Turn on the flame and heat the pan by adding butter.
Then add finely chopped garlic and chopped Brussels.
For 4 to 6 minutes fry it. After this cook for more than three minutes after adding butter. Turn off the flame.
Then add salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese garnish with a lemon slice. Now ready to serve.

Ingredients
Water - 1 ½ gal
Apple cider - 1 gal
Kosher salt - 1 ½ cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Whole turkey - 1 (16 lbs, giblets, and neck removed)
Extra -virgin olive oil - ¼ cup
Thyme - ¼ tsp (dried)
Poultry seasoning - ¼ cup

Take a big deep bowl and fill it with adding water, apple cider, kosher salt, sugar. Mix them properly.
After this deep whole turkey and keep them in the fridge for 8 hours. After this soak the whole chicken with the help of tissue paper and keep it aside.
Now take a small bowl and add olive oil, dried thyme, poultry seasoning, and mix them properly.
With this oil, the mixture spread the whole turkey and cover with foil. Then roast the turkey at 325 degrees celsius for 4-4 ½ hrs.

Ingredients
Milk - 1 cup
Eggs - 3
Flour - 1 cup (all-purpose)
Butter - ½ tsp per muffin cup

Take a clean bowel and add broken eggs, milk, flour, and mix them properly until becoming thick liquid.
Then take the muffin cups and add ½ tsp butter to each cup. For 2 to 5 minutes heat at 375 degrees celsius.

Cloves powder - ¼ tsp

Take a bone ham, for 2 hrs bake it at 325 degrees celsius and keep aside.
Then take a clean bowl and add pineapple juice, dark brown sugar, honey, orange juice, dijon mustard, cloves powder. Mix them properly.
Now turn on the flame and boil it.
Take the recently baked ham and spread the recently boiled mixture all over.
After this, cut into slices, and serve with a recently made boiled mixture.
