Pasta is an Italian oriented food which is made through dough of durum wheat flour and water, from which it is prepared in different shapes and cooked in boiling water. Pasta is famous in every aged group. There are so many varieties of pasta and they are Chicken pasta, vegetable pasta, white sauce pasta, cheese pasta, Italian pasta bolognese, and many others. Today I will help you to make this pasta by following Pasta Recipe listed below:
1) Chicken with pasta recipe
Ingredients
Oil - ½ cup
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Cut Chicken breast - (250 gm)
Salt - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
Frozen vegetables - 1 cup (carrot, cauliflower, onion)
Pasta sauce - 1 cup
Uncooked pasta - ½ cup
Boiled water -2 cup
Method
Turn on the flame, keep the pan, and put the oil on it.
Fry the garlic paste for some seconds then add meat and fry it by adding salt and pepper.
Add frozen vegetables and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add pasta sauce and fry for some second.
Lastly, add uncooked pasta, mix properly, and add 2 cups of water. Then cook for 15 minutes and turn off the flame.
Now ready to serve.
2) Vegetable Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
Pasta (penne pasta) - 1 cup
Capsicum - 50 gm ( julienne size cut)
Shredded cabbage - 1 cup
Carrot - 1 (sliced)
Tomatoes - 2 ( julienne size cut)
Onions - 2 ( julienne size cut)
Capsicum - 50 gm
Water to boil pasta
Salt to taste
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Jerra - 1 tsp
Method
Turn on the flame, keep the big deep pan, and boil the water by adding salt, oil.
Add pasta when water starts boiling and cook it for 3 more minutes. Then strain pasta.
Take another pan and heat the oil by adding jeera and onion. Then add tomatoes, capsicum, cabbage, and carrot. Then fry all by adding salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and cover it with a lid for 1 minute.
After a minute add boiled pasta and mix well.
Cook for 2 minutes and prepare to serve.
3) White Sauce Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
Penne Pasta - 1 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic - 2 tbsp
Water to boil pasta
Boiled corns ( as required)
Chopped carrots ( as required)
Cubed capsicum ( as required)
Butter - 1 tbsp
Maida - 2 tsp
Milk - 1.5 cup
Chili flakes - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp in boiling water for pasta
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Heat the pan and boil the water, then add oil, salt. Add pasta to it.
Boil the pasta for 7 minutes and strain it.
Take the bowl and keep the pasta.
Again heat another pan and add oil then fry by adding garlic, tomatoes, boiled corns, carrots, capsicum for a minute and take out on a plate.
In the same pan, heat the butter and add maida, mix well for a minute.
After this add milk, by using a whisk combine well and cook properly.
Add chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt to taste, and add recently made stir-fried veggies. Mix them properly.
Then add recently boiled pasta, mix it properly, and cook for a minute. Turn off the flame.
Now ready to serve.
4) Recipe of Cheese Pasta
Ingredients
Penne Pasta - 1 cup
Onion - ½ cup (chopped)
Capsicum - ½ cup (chopped)
Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
Cheese - ½ cup
Milk - 1 cup
1 tbsp Wheat flour
Salt to taste
Sweet corn - ½ cup (frozen)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed - ½ tsp
Pasta seasoning dry mix herbs - ½ tsp
Water to boil pasta
Method
Heat the deep pan and boil the water by adding pasta and some salt.
Heat another pan by adding oil, once the heating oil then adds onion, capsicum, corn, and mix the oil. Add black pepper powder and salt then mix properly for 1.5 minutes and take out on a plate.
In the same pan add a little bit of oil, add wheat flour and mix properly. Then add milk, mix well for a minute.
Add salt, pasta seasoning, dry mix herbs, black pepper crushed cheese, and mix it well. Then add boiling pasta and recently made veggie, mix well together for a minute.
Turn off the flame and be ready to serve.
5) Italian Spaghetti Pasta
Ingredients
Spaghetti Pasta - 250 gm
Boneless chicken - 300 gm
Salt to taste
1 Cup Pasta sauce
Oregano - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Garlic powder - 1 tsp
Ginger powder - 1 tsp
Paprika powder - ½ tsp
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
Chopped onion ½ cup
Yellow chopped capsicum - 3 tbsp
Red chopped capsicum - 3 tbsp
Green chopped capsicum - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Water - ½ cup
Method
Heat the deep pan and boil the water by adding spaghetti, salt, and oil. Cook it 90 %. After this stop the flame and take it out to the plate.
Heat another pan then fry meat by adding oil, salt, ginger powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, red chili flakes, and mix them properly until getting brown.
Add onion, oregano, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, green capsicum, and mix it properly for some seconds. Then add water and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Add pasta sauce, tomato sauce, sugar. Then mix well and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Add the boiled spaghetti and mix well. Turn off the flame.
Now ready to serve.
