Spanish Omelette Recipe


Ingredients

  • Eggs - 6 - 7

  • Onion - 2 (chopped)

  • Tuna as required

  • Cheese  as required

  • Fresh green peas - Half cup

  • Garlic paste - ½ tbsp

  • Spring onion - Half cup

  • Olives as required

  • Ham and Bacon - 100 gm

  •  Ketchup - 1 tbsp

  • Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp

  • Oil as required

  • Salt as required

  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp

  • Fresh coriander - half cup

  • Green chili - 1 ( according to  choice)


Method

  1. Heat the pan, add oil and fry onions, garlic, spring onion and place them in one tray.

  2. Grate the cheese and make small pieces of ham and bacon.

  3. Beat the egg in a bowl and mix all onions, cheese, green peas, garlic, olives, ham and bacon, ketchup, salt, black pepper powder, coriander, green chili. Mix them properly.

  4. Again heat the pan, add oil, add egg mixture and fry each side for 4 minutes on low to high flame.

  5. Now ready to serve.


Bread Omelette Recipe


Ingredients

  • Eggs - 2

  • Butter - 2 tbsp

  • Bread - 1 slice

  • Onion - 2 tbsp (chopped)

  • Green chili - 1 -2

  • Tomato - 1 tbsp (chopped)

  • Capsicum - 1 tbsp (chopped)

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder - ⅓ tsp

  • Red chili powder - 1/s tsp

  • Coriander leaves as required


Method

  1. Take the mixing bowl and crack the eggs into it.

  2. Now add the tomato, onion, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt in the same bowl and mix them well.

  3. Turn on the flame, heat the pan by adding butter, and spread properly.

  4. Then put the egg mixture on the pan. After some seconds, at the center place a bread slice and fold from each corner of the egg.

  5. After this cook a little bit after flipping and turn off the flame.

  6. Now ready to serve.


Scrambled Egg Recipe

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 3

  • Milk - 3 tbsp

  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp

  • Red chili powder - ½ tsp

  • Some grated cheese 

  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp

  • Salt to taste


Method

  1. Take the bowl and crack the eggs into it.

  2. Add the milk, black pepper powder, red chili powder, grated cheese, salt in the same egg bowl, and mix them well.

  3. Turn on the flame, keep the pan, and heat it by adding butter and add egg mixture. Then stir it with a fork immediately.

  4. Fry until brown and stop the flame.

  5. Now ready to serve.


Cabbage Omelette Recipe

Ingredients

  • Egg - 4

  • Tomato (chopped)

  • Onion (chopped) - 1 (small)

  • Cabbage (chopped) - 150 gm ( 1 cup)

  • Green chili - 1

  • Flour - 1 tbsp ( all-purpose)

  • Pepper powder - ½ tsp

  • Red chili powder -  ½ tsp

  • Turmeric powder -  ¼ tsp

  • Oil - 2 tsp


Method

  1. Take a bowl and beat the eggs.

  2. In the same bowl add tomato, onion, cabbage, green chili, flour, pepper powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and mix them well.

  3. Now turn on the flame and hit the pan by adding oil. Then pour the egg mixture.

  4. Cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes, turn off the flame.

  5. Now ready to serve.


Boiled egg preparation


Ingredients

  • Egg 

  • Water

  • Salt as required


Method

  1. Take a deep pan, fill water in it, and turn on the flame to keep the pan.

  2. Add egg in water and boil it.

  3. For soft / half-boiled, boil it for 5 - 6 minutes.

  4. For hard / full-boiled, boil it for 10 - 12 minutes.

  5. After the boiling egg, turn off the flame and keep the egg in cold water for a cool down.

  6. After cooling take out it covers and serves with salt.


Fried  Egg Preparation


Ingredients

  • Egg - 2

  • Butter / Oil - 1.5 tbsp

  • Salt to taste


Method 

  1. Take a bowl and break eggs, then add salt.

  2. Turn on the flame, keep the pan, and heat the pan by adding butter/oil.

  3. After this pour the egg and cook each side for 2 minutes. Then turn off the flame.

  4. Now ready to serve.


Poached Egg Recipe

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 6

  • For toasting sliced bread and butter

  • Water - 1 ltr

  • White vinegar - ⅛ cup

  • Black pepper (crushed)

  • Salt to taste


Methods

  1. Take ceramic bowls and break open eggs in it.

  2. Take a deep pan, boil the water by adding white vinegar and salt.

  3. Turn off the flame after boiling water, then wait for about 30 seconds.

  4. Again turn the flame on medium, then stir the water.

  5. In the water stirs, drop the eggs one by one carefully. Then cook for some seconds. Turn off the flame.

  6. Now serve with toasted bread by sprinkling with black pepper.
